We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to support the development and expansion of our reseller and channel partner network for our HRM and ERP software solutions. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, enabling, and supporting resellers who can promote and implement our enterprise solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and research potential HRM/ERP software resellers, system integrators, and IT consultants.

· Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to onboard new channel partners.

· Maintain and update partner database and CRM records.

· Support partner onboarding documentation and due diligence processes.

· Coordinate product training sessions for reseller sales and implementation teams.

· Assist partners with proposals, pricing structures, and product information.

· Track reseller sales pipeline and follow up on active opportunities.

· Prepare weekly and monthly partner performance reports.

· Conduct market research on HRM and ERP trends in GCC and/or India.

· Support organization of partner webinars, demos, and events.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, HR, or related field.

Experience: 0–2 years in B2B sales, IT sales, SaaS, or channel development. Fresh graduates with strong interest may apply.

Required Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Confidence in cold outreach and follow-ups.

· Basic understanding of HR processes (payroll, leave, attendance) is a plus.

· Basic understanding of ERP modules (finance, inventory, procurement) is an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
