Union Freight Solutions LLC, part of a global network of 9 branded branches and over 8,300 agents worldwide, is seeking an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations.
Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents for smooth operations.
Track shipments, resolve issues, and provide updates to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Professional Proficiency in Arabic is MANDATORY.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding in Saudi Arabia is MANDATORY.
Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in logistics software and shipment tracking tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: in accordance to the experience
Iqama transfer available after probation period (3 months)
