Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Audits: Regularly inspect premises, machinery, and tools to identify and mitigate hazards.
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Training & Education: Conduct safety training sessions, orientations, and emergency drills for employees.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.
Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Requirements
Certifications: Any certifications such in safety
Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to act decisively in emergencies.
