I have ten years of experience in the field of hospital administration operations, patients relationship management, handling all the requirements of the hospitals from recruitment to closing of the candidates and daily functions of the hospitals like patients rounding, treatment going on and quality control in the hospitals, Management of the consultants doctors nurses and all hospital staff.
Apart from this I used to manage all HR activities related things like staff management attendance management, employees relationship, grevience ,payroll and accounts for the smooth functioning of the hospitals.
