• Bending: DENER Smart XL Hydraulic Press Brake (CNC)
• Cutting: DENER 3MT x 6mm NC Guillotine Shear (3-meter capacity, 6mm mild steel capacity)
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup & Operation: Set up and operate the DENER Smart XL press brake, including tool selection, backgauge adjustment, and axis calibration.
• Cutting: Operate the 3MT x 6mm NC shear for precise straight cuts, ensuring blade gap is adjusted correctly for material thickness.
• Programming: Input bending sequences and NC codes using the machine controller (e.g., ESA, Cybelec, or Delem).
• Quality Control: Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges; ensure parts match technical drawings.
• Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance (lubrication, blade inspection) and report hydraulic or NC system faults.
