I am skilled in troubleshooting desktops and laptops, Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, email systems, printers, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues. I also have experience in incident logging, ticket management, password resets, remote support, and escalation to Level-2 teams when required.
I am a quick learner with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering reliable IT support and maintaining system availability. I believe my technical skills and dedication make me a strong candidate for this role.
