Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s recruitment and manpower services. The role requires strong sales skills, market awareness, and the ability to coordinate with recruitment teams to meet client staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower and recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote the company’s recruitment services to corporate clients across various industries.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and hiring trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and business development progress.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Represent the company at meetings, business events, and client visits.
Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in recruitment or manpower supply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the recruitment industry and manpower supply process.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English and Arabic
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with recruitment agencies or HR service providers.
Understanding of labor market practices and business culture in Saudi Arabia.
Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
