Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and coordination support.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Assist with travel arrangements including domestic and international flight bookings
• Support in boarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation
• Draft emails, correspondence, and internal communications when required
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and prepare agendas when needed
• Support general office administration and ensure the office environment remains organized and professional
Requirements
• Based in Riyadh
• Valid and Transferable Iqama
• Filipino preferred
• Must be able to commute daily to work
• With or without experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Coordinator
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
