Ensure production meets quality standards, planned quantities, and minimum material wastage as per specifications.
Provide immediate support to resolve machine stoppages and minor breakdowns.
Perform tool changes and machine setup after tool replacement.
Ensure proper line clearance before starting production.
Arrange required raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods (e.g., fans) according to the production plan.
Maintain daily production records and ISO-related documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene of machines and production areas.
Handle finished goods packing, palletizing, and shrink wrapping.
Carry out daily and weekly preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain and manage tools and equipment.
