We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of the Bahrain market to lead our new contracting division under a new CR venture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, securing new projects, managing project execution, and building a strong operational team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and secure new contracting projects within the Bahrain market.
Build relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
Participate in tendering, project proposals, and negotiations.
Bring new business opportunities to grow the contracting division.
Project Management
Plan, manage, and oversee projects from start to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Leadership & Team Building
Establish and lead the project team for the new division.
Recruit and manage engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Implement operational procedures and reporting systems.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years experience in contracting / construction projects in Bahrain.
Strong network within the Bahrain construction market.
Proven ability to bring new projects and manage them successfully.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Commission based on projects secured and executed.
Attractive performance-based incentives for bringing new business and project profitability.
Package will be negotiated based on experience and industry track record.
