Bellboy / Porter

A bellboy or porter assists guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure. Duties include carrying luggage to guest rooms, explaining room facilities, delivering requested items such as extra pillows or blankets, and sometimes helping with transportation arrangements. This position requires physical strength, good communication skills, and a helpful attitude toward guests.
