Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor furnace operations through SCADA / PLC systems.
• Observe process parameters such as temperature, pressure, alarms, and system performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.
• Respond to system alerts and take corrective action as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain basic operational records and shift logs.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational compliance requirements.
Qualification:
• ITI, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation, PLC, or SCADA systems is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
Training:
• Comprehensive in-house training will be provided on furnace operations, SCADA systems, safety procedures, and plant processes.
Skills Required
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment and control systems.
• Ability to work in shift operations.
• Good observation and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and disciplined plant operation.
