Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our medical supplies sales operations.
The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and proven experience in achieving sales targets within the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee tendering processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within medical devices or medical consumables.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market (hospitals, distributors, tenders).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or health-related field.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
