Operations Team Leader

Position Summary:
The Operations Team Leader supervises daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely order processing, staff coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff.
- Allocate daily workloads and schedules.
- Monitor receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure KPIs such as accuracy, speed, and productivity are met.
- Train and guide team members on SOPs and safety.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and WMS updates.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics workflows.
