Storekeeper

Position Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role ensures proper stock rotation, compliance with warehouse standards, and timely fulfillment of material requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
- Arrange items in designated storage locations following FIFO/FEFO.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Issue materials based on approved requests and update documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse area.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations for stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or high school certificate.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience.
- Basic computer skills; experience with WMS preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles.
