Maintain, organize, and update project documents, records, and files in both electronic and hard-copy
formats.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain technical document logs (incoming and outgoing) and filing systems for
the entire project, including engineering and design documents such as shop drawings, design drawings,
IFC drawings, and related documentation (SI, NCR, WIR, RFI, MIR).
• Manage pre-qualification documents, material submittals, incoming and outgoing correspondence,
minutes of meetings (MOM), and daily reports across all project disciplines.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, properly indexed, and readily retrievable by authorized
stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures in compliance with company policies, project
requirements, and industry standards.
• Distribute, track, and monitor documents to ensure timely review, approval, and feedback from project
teams and management.
• Control and coordinate the flow of technical documents, drawings, and correspondence between internal
departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and strict version control of sensitive and critical documents.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes by providing accurate and complete
documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on proper document handling and compliance procedures as
required.
• Generate document control reports, registers, and logs for management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to streamline
document submission, tracking, and approval workflows
