A Fit-out Company In Jeddah Is Looking For An Interior & Fit-out Project Manager

We are looking for a senior Project Manager who can handle and managed the team and fit-out projects around the KSA. With experience in the field of commercial and others special projects like retails, restaurants, offices, Medical Clinics and hospitality.

The role involves will be full operation of the division, team and sub-contractors
• Ability to Read and understanding the drawing and design plans,
• Ability to preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQs), pricing and verifications.
• Ability to negotiate with clients, build relationships with them, and resolve any issues they may have.
• Ability to handover the projects professionally and to the highest quality standards within the targeted time.
• Ability to bring and managing the sub-contractors.
• Ability to work around KSA.
• Speaks fluent English and acceptable Arabic
• We offer a basic salary of (4000 SAR) plus (15%) of the net profits.
