Job Summary
The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical installation works at the project site. He ensures that all mechanical activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
• Supervise daily mechanical activities (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire fighting, equipment installation).
• Allocate tasks to technicians and workers.
• Monitor manpower productivity and attendance.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings.
2. Installation & Execution
• Oversee installation of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and testing of equipment.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, structural).
• Assist in system testing and commissioning.
3. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and site policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.
• Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.
4. Quality Control
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Report technical issues to Mechanical Engineer.
• Ensure materials used meet project standards.
5. Material & Tools Management
• Monitor material availability and request supplies when needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Prevent material wastage and theft.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical field.
• 5+ years of site experience in mechanical works.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, or industrial systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
