Key Responsibilities:
• Repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, and air conditioners.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs according to service procedures.
• Manage spare parts usage and prepare repair estimates for out-of-warranty cases.
• Update service reports and ensure compliance with company service standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in white goods repair (preferably in authorized service centers).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Iqama profession must be “Technician.”
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligible to obtain it.
Working Hours:
48 hours per week with one day off.
