JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day operations within the organization

Managing and controlling all project documents in accordance with company standards and procedures

Maintaining proper filing, archiving, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents

Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors for document submission and approvals

Ensuring accurate record-keeping of drawings, technical documents, and correspondence

Using document control systems to register in Logs, update, and distribute documents

Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines.

Supporting project management and site teams with document retrieval and reporting

Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement.

Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets

Track empicyee activity, to include successful completion of designated tasks.

Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues Create and deliver reports to

senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes.

Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

Planning & Organizing Business Meeting with SR-Manager and Clients.

Receiving Enquiry and sending Quotation as per projects situation,

Proficiently planning and doing Route survey for the Transport Operation ODC and general Cargo and

equipment's.

Maintain the re ations with the existing clients and new clients.

Sort out the queries and problems of the clients.

Maintain updated Projects Clint details of the assigned areas.

Follow up prospected/expected as well as existing clients by telephone and personal visit.

Making daily & monthly updates status report and activities.

Supervising & coordinating ongoing projects.

Copy, scan and store documents.

Check for accuracy and edit fies, like contracts.

Review and update technical documents (manuals and workflows)

Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
