Export Import Manager

Working as a Export Manager/ Merchandiser I have been assigned to ensure persistent execution of orders of the customers coordinating with respective personnel from Dental and Surgical procurement, production planning & control and ensuring in time delivery. So in order to keep in touch with customers I have to contact via emails & telephonic calls to update them with production status. As I am working in business development environment I have to maintain & serve as point of contact between the clients and with the Administrative Offices concerning production issues, resolve production discrepancies and support my colleagues at the same time.
