Company Description
Dar Almasalla is a leading Saudi marble brand specializing in premium marble fabrication and installation. We manufacture high-end marble products including sinks, countertops, wall cladding, and custom architectural pieces delivered with strict quality standards, clean finishing, and reliable execution. We operate with a production mindset: precision, consistency, safety, and on-time output.

Role Description (Full-time On-site Malham)
We’re hiring a Marble CNC & Waterjet Machine Operator to run daily production on CNC and waterjet cutting machines for natural stone. You will be responsible for accurate cutting, clean finishing readiness, correct tool setup, and stable machine performance while meeting quality targets and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC stone cutting/engraving machines and waterjet machines for marble and similar stones.
Read and execute shop drawings, CAD/CAM outputs, cutting maps, and nesting plans.
Perform machine setup: tool selection, calibration, zeroing, fixturing, clamping/vacuum table setup.
Run test cuts, adjust parameters (speed/feed, depth, pressure/abrasive for waterjet) to achieve clean results with minimal waste.
Monitor cuts and prevent defects: chipping, cracks, overcuts, wrong radii, misalignment, edge blowout.
Conduct basic QC checks: dimensions, angles, hole positions, sink cutouts, tolerances, and report nonconformities.
Maintain the machine and work area: daily checks, cleaning, lubrication, consumables tracking.
For waterjet: manage abrasive flow, nozzle/orifice condition, pump/pressure checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Follow HSE rules (PPE, lifting/handling slabs, dust/water management, lockout/tagout basics).
Coordinate with production supervisor/design team to avoid rework and keep flow moving.

QualificationsMust-have
Proven experience operating CNC and/or waterjet machines in marble/stone fabrication (or a very close industry).
Ability to read and execute technical drawings and cutting layouts accurately.
Strong quality mindset and attention to detail (you catch errors before they become waste).
Understanding of machine safety, slab handling, and workshop discipline.

Preferred
Experience with CAD/CAM workflow for stone (basic file handling, toolpaths, nesting awareness).
Familiar with common stone production operations: sink cutouts, drainage grooves, hob cutouts, edge profiling preparation.
Ability to do first-level troubleshooting and reduce downtime.
Technical diploma / vocational training in machining, mechatronics, or industrial maintenance.

What Success Looks Like
Clean cuts with minimal chipping and near-zero rework.
Correct dimensions from first run.
Stable daily output and low downtime.
Consistent adherence to safety and QC standards.
