We are launching a domestic worker supply agency that provides hourly household services in Bahrain, and we are looking for someone with experience in starting and operating a similar business.

The candidate should have practical experience in managing domestic workers, organizing schedules, handling clients, and running day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up the operational structure of the agency
- Manage and schedule domestic workers for hourly services
- Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality
- Supervise staff and daily operations
- Help develop efficient systems for bookings and worker management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in domestic worker agencies, cleaning services, or manpower supply companies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and operational processes
