Qualifications & Profile: • MSc in Construction Project Management
• Civil Engineer with QA/QC experience in construction projects
• Member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Valid Saudi Driving License
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, material testing, and international standards (ASTM, ACI, etc.)
