3. Prepare a technical, financial, and legal summary for each tender to be presented to management.
4. Coordinate with technical departments to prepare technical specifications and bills of quantities.
5. Coordinate with the finance department to prepare pricing and analyze costs and risks.
6. Ensure all required documents are complete (commercial registration, zakat certificate, insurance, classification, initial guarantee).
7. Prepare the technical bid according to approved templates and the tendering entity's requirements.
8. Prepare and review the financial bid to ensure accuracy and the absence of discrepancies or calculation errors.
9. Upload and submit bids through approved electronic platforms within the specified deadlines.
10. Follow up on technical inquiries and requests for clarification before and after submission and provide official responses.
11. Monitor the award results and analyze the reasons for winning or disqualifying bids.
12. Preparing post-award documents and supporting contract management during the signing phase.
13. Maintaining and archiving all tender and bid documents according to an approved documentation system.
14. Maintaining strict adherence to professional confidentiality and not disclosing any sensitive information.
15. Preparing detailed periodic reports on the status of tenders, submission rates, and success rates.

* BS.c in Civil Eng.
* 5 years Experience in the same position.
* Any Nationality.
* Saudi Driving license.
