Supervisor with Electrical Engineering - Aramco - Oil & Gas Experience is MUST
For Aramco Refinery in Jizan
Scope: -
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical maintenance staff
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of: Electrical panels, switchgear, and transformers, Motors, generators, and drives (VFDs)
PLC systems and industrial control equipment, Lighting, HVAC, and power distribution systems Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, IS codes, OSHA)
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities Communicate with production, engineering, and third-party service providers
Monitor electrical inventory, tools, and spare parts
Train and mentor junior technicians and electricians
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred)
8+ years of experience in electrical
maintenance, with 4+ years in a
supervisory role
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Industrial electrical systems
Troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment
Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems
Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems is a plus
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to read electrical drawings and manuals.
Must be familiar with solid handling unit/conveyors/shiploading
