Minimum 2 years experience in bakery bread production
Experience in Rotti (Kubboos) and Samool making
Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake Rotti, Samool, and other bakery bread items
Operate bakery machines and ovens
Maintain cleanliness and quality standards
