Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and maintenance activities for solar sites
- Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance strategies and programs
- Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team of cleaners, technicians and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Manage emergency response and troubleshooting for critical systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in O&M, preferably in the renewable industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
