We are a growing company involved in civil works, steel fabrication, construction services, and industrial trading, seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, industry connections, and the ability to bring projects and supply opportunities from contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, civil works, and industrial sectors
* Approach contractors, project managers, consultants, and procurement departments
* Promote company services including steel fabrication, civil works, maintenance services, and trading supplies
* Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
* Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain regular contact
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
* Experience in sales or business development in construction, contracting, or industrial trading
* Knowledge of civil works
* Ability to approach and communicate with contractors and companies
* Valid Iqama and transferable iqama preferred
* Driving license is an advantage
* Arabic and English communication skills preferred
