Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and track truck movements and deliveries
Coordinate with drivers and customers
Schedule loading and delivery appointments
Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues
Prepare daily operations reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in transportation or logistics is preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
Basic computer skills
