We are seeking a skilled Specialist / Senior Specialist to support automation, digitization, and technology‑driven improvements within the Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE). The role involves analyzing existing financial processes, identifying automation opportunities, optimizing digital workflows, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization
Support the implementation of digital solutions, automation tools, and system enhancements
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and digital transformation teams to drive process improvements
Prepare documentation including SOPs, process maps, user guides, and workflow documentation
Evaluate manual processes and participate in or lead automation initiatives
Ensure smooth integration of automated workflows with existing financial systems
Candidate Requirements
4–8 years of experience in finance automation, digitization, process improvement, or finance systems enablement
Strong understanding of finance processes, workflow optimization, and digital transformation
Hands‑on experience with RPA, BPA, workflow automation tools, ERP enhancements, or low‑code/no‑code platforms
Ability to assess manual processes and recommend automation solutions
Experience preparing documentation for automated workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with good knowledge of financial systems, data flows, and reporting platforms
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and system vendors
