#Hiring: Food Safety & Catering Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Food Safety & Catering Specialist to support food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and operational excellence across large‑scale catering operations

Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain FSMS (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
Conduct food safety, hygiene, and QHSE audits & inspections
Deliver food safety and hygiene training to catering teams
Monitor daily operations: food handling, storage, temperature control, sanitation
Manage documentation: SOPs, HACCP plans, risk assessments, audit reports
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards (Aramco, SABIC, etc.)
Lead mobilization and certification of catering projects

Ideal Candidate
8 years of experience in food safety, hygiene, quality, or catering operations
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, PRP, GMP, QHSE
Skilled in audits, inspections, risk management, and training
Experience in hospitals, industrial catering, or large‑scale food services
Highfield‑certified (HACCP Levels 1–3 or Level 4 preferred)

Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Safety & Quality Management
