1. Rigging Loft Supervisor – 1 Position
Responsible for providing full operational management of the Rigging Loft on a 24/7, seven-day-a-week basis. Duties include supervision of rigging activities, inspection, maintenance, and storage of all rigging equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.
2. Rigger II – 3 Positions
Carry out rigging activities for lifting and positioning heavy equipment using proper rigging methods and lifting procedures. Coordinate closely with crane operators to ensure safe load handling.
3. Rigger III – 9 Positions
Assist in rigging tasks such as attaching loads, guiding lifts, and handling rigging equipment under supervision while adhering to safety procedures.
4. Forklift Operator – 3 Positions
Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the project site or warehouse while ensuring proper handling and safety compliance.
5. Hall Crane Operator – 3 Positions
Operate overhead/hall cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials safely in coordination with rigging teams.
6. NDT / Inspection Technician – 2 Positions
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspections to evaluate material integrity and ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
7. Storekeeper / Coordinator – 1 Position
Manage inventory, maintain material records, coordinate material issuance, and ensure proper storage and documentation of all project materials.
8. Helpers – 6 Positions
Assist technicians and operators with material handling, equipment support, and general site duties, contributing to smooth project operations.
9. Rigging Equipment Technician – 1 Position
Inspect, maintain, and manage rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, hooks, and lifting accessories to ensure all tools meet safety and operational standards.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas projects preferred
Ability to work in a team and follow strict safety procedures
Valid certifications where applicable will be an advantage.
