Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Deputy Head – Bid Management to lead tender quality assurance, compliance, and coordination for large-scale EPC and power infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing bid processes, ensuring adherence to contractual and technical requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams for successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee in-process verification and quality checks for all tenders before submission
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and contractual guidelines
• Identify risks, deviations, and gaps in technical and commercial submissions
• Lead coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams
• Develop and maintain tendering standards, templates, and checklists
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids
• Support Bid Managers on compliance, documentation structure, and risk mitigation
• Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely and error-free submissions
• Mentor team members and strengthen process discipline and quality standards

• Strong expertise in EPC tendering processes and techno-commercial evaluation
• Excellent understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and documentation standards
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex submissions
• Proficiency in MS Office and structured documentation workflows
• Leadership capability with focus on process improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications
• B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering
• MBA / PGDM in Bid Management or related field preferred
