This role will play a key part in promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s compliance framework
• Establish and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal compliance reviews
• Monitor adherence to applicable regulations and company policies
• Lead internal compliance investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Provide compliance awareness and training programs across the organization
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or Corporate Governance
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or similar are highly desirable
