___Key Responsibilities___
Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or drilling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Load raw materials and ensure proper clamping and alignment.
Adjust machine parameters including feeds, speeds, and tool offsets.
Monitor machining processes to maintain precision and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial gauges).
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish within required tolerances.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Record production data and inspection results.
Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE standards.
___Requirements___
3–5 years of experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of CNC machines (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred).
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling, and tapping.
Preferred
Experience with CAM software (Fusion 360, MasterCAM, SolidWorks CAM).
Knowledge of ISO quality systems or lean manufacturing.
