Job Responsibilities:
? Ensure that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, and
contract requirements.?
? Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Project Quality Plans (PQP)?
? Conduct site inspections for civil works, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and
infrastructure installations.?
? Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and coordinate with
consultants/clients for approvals.?
? Monitor and verify material testing, such as concrete compressive strength, soil compaction, steel tensile
strength, and asphalt mix compliance.?
? Identify, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective/Preventive Actions
(CARs/PARs).?
? Ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, SASO) and applicable project-
specific codes.?
? Maintain and control project QA/QC documentation, including daily reports, test records, and quality
logs.?
