I am writing to express my interest in the Plant Operators positions.
I am currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
I hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Chemical Technology and bring over 6 years
of hands-on experience in Sulphonation (LABSA & SLES) and chemical plant operations.
I have been working as a Senior Plant Operator at Faras Chemical Manufacturing Company,
where I supervise daily plant operations, monitor DCS-controlled systems, and ensure safe and
efcient production.
Previously, I worked with Ittehad Chemicals Ltd located in Pakistan, one of the largest industrial chemical
manufacturers, where I was actively involved in the commissioning and start-up of a 72 MTPD
Sulphonation Plant in coordination with WEXIAN (Nanjing) Science Technology Co. Ltd.
I have extensive experience in SO3 generation systems, sulfur combustion Furnace, catalytic
converter bed, electrostatic precipitator (ESP), NaOH scrubbing system, waste heat recovery
system, root blower, and air drying systems.
I also work on Ro Plants.
I am experienced in operating Siemens PLC systems, troubleshooting plant issues independently
during shifts, handling shutdown/start-up activities, and implementing strict HSE and permit-to-
work procedures.
Being already present in Bahrain, I am available for face-to-face interviews at short notice and
ready to contribute immediately to plant operations.
I am confident that my commissioning background and operational expertise will add value to
