Position: Accountant
Location: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor project expenses and cost control.
Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and reconciliation statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a contracting/construction company.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Experience with project costing and subcontractor payments will be an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
