Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Growth Executive to spearhead our market expansion within Saudi Arabia. This is a dynamic, high-impact role designed for a "Hunter" who excels at both face-to-face field sales and digital prospecting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing corporate accounts, and implementing strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Field Sales & Acquisition: Execute daily face-to-face visits to prospective corporate and retail clients to build professional relationships and secure new business contracts.
• Digital Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn, social media, and digital prospecting tools to identify high value leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Market Penetration: Identify and target untapped opportunities in existing and new KSA territories to expand the company’s customer footprint.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring professional onboarding and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strategy & Feedback: Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to provide the growth team with actionable insights for service/product optimization.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in Sales or Business Development, specifically within the KSA market.
• Mobility: Must possess a Valid KSA Driving License. This role is field-based and requires being on the ground 80%.
• Legal Status: Transferable Iqama is preferred.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage for navigating the local business landscape.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
