???? Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000 Basic + 35% HRA
???? Nationality: Jordanian Only
???? Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Production (Import & Export)
???? Experience Required: 7+ Years
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong experience in manufacturing / production operations in the plastic industry
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Experience in plant operations, finance, procurement, and forecasting
Experience with ERP – Microsoft Dynamics AX 365
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations and production activities
Make decisions regarding equipment usage, maintenance, modification, and procurement
Optimize plant performance and profitability
Monitor product quality and production standards
Lead, coordinate, and train plant and operations teams
Conduct regular health & safety inspections
Improve packing systems and operational processes to reduce cost
Develop new production recipes and processes for better material utilization
Implement system development and operational improvements
