About the Role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR and talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid recruitment background, a working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to coordinate hiring activities efficiently. This role is ideal for an immediate joiner ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Draft job descriptions and post openings on Indeed and other job boards.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law during recruitment, contracts, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with HR and management.
Support recruitment reporting and provide metrics to HR leadership.
Help maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate HR-related activities, including job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR recruitment or recruitment coordination (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate availability to join is required.

Experience in HR reporting and data management.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
