About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR and talent acquisition, a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR administration. This position is open for immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Draft accurate job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
Advise management and employees on Bahrain Labour Law compliance.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Coordinate HR operations, including employee onboarding, records management, and performance evaluations.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR records.
Support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management.
Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive, HR Generalist, or Recruitment Lead (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
Hands-on recruitment experience, including posting jobs on Indeed and managing the full hiring process.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability is required.

Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
