Project Manager - PMC (Hotel Construction Project)

Job Summary

The Project Manager will represent the PMC and act as the Owner's representative to lead and manage the delivery of a large-scale hotel construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires full responsibility for project planning, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management from design through construction and project close-out.

The candidate must have 15-25 years of experience in construction project management, including luxury hotel or hospitality projects, and must have prior experience working with leading PMC firms such as
- AECOM
- Turner
- Hill International
- Bechtel or similar international consultancies.

Note:

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
