Responsible for supervising and coordinating all duct insulation activities for HVAC systems at construction sites. Ensure proper installation of thermal and acoustic insulation on air ducts according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Manage a team of duct insulators, allocate daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure quality workmanship. Coordinate with HVAC engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and site supervisors for inspections and material approvals. Ensure proper use of insulation materials such as fibreglass & rock wool insulation . Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with project schedules..
