Core Responsibilities
Safety & Inspection: Conducting daily pre-operational inspections (cables, pulleys, mechanics) and completing safety documentation before use.
Operations: Operating crane controls to hoist, transfer, and place materials accurately.
Load Management: Calculating crane capacity and confirming weight limits, ensuring loads are secured and within rated capacity.
Communication: Following hand signals or radio instructions from ground crew members to navigate, particularly in limited visibility.
Safety Adherence: Following OSHA or local regulations and halting operations during dangerous conditions like high winds.
Maintenance: Performing basic cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Site Setup: Assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and positioning of the crane.

Physical & Environmental Demands
Working at extreme heights, often inside a cabin 60 meters high.
Climbing vertical ladders to access the cabin.
Working in varying weather conditions and high noise environments.
Qualifications & Skills
Certification: Valid crane operator certification and licensing.
Physical Fitness: Excellent health, including vision and hearing, to safely manage complex lifts.
Coordination: Strong hand-eye coordination for precision movement.
