Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and clients at the reception area.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, reception, and pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and guests.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Help manage meeting room setup and basic arrangements.
Ensure office supplies and pantry items are stocked.
Run small office errands when needed.
Skills & Requirements

Basic communication skills (friendly and polite).
Ability to handle visitors and phone calls professionally.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, copier, scanner).
Organized, reliable, and willing to assist staff.
Education

High school or equivalent preferred.
