Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in landscape engineering and horticulture.
Strong expertise in landscape planning, planting design, and garden coordination for high-end developments.
Proven experience in luxury landscape projects such as residential compounds, hotels, and premium developments.
Solid understanding of the climate conditions in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and the appropriate plant species for the region.
Ability to develop planting strategies, irrigation concepts, and landscape layouts aligned with project requirements and sustainability standards.
Excellent coordination skills with architects, project managers, consultants, and contractors during design and site execution phases.
Preference for candidates currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with exposure to international landscape standards.
Nationality and religion are not a selection criterion, although international experience is considered an advantage.
A professional portfolio is required, showcasing previous projects, planting design concepts, irrigation systems, and completed landscape works.
