Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers including retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and service businesses.
• Present and explain POS and business management solutions to prospective clients.
• Schedule and assist in product demonstrations and sales meetings.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, visits, and networking.
• Maintain relationships with potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
• Valid GCC Driving License - MUST
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, ERP, or cloud software solutions.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
• Diploma / Certification in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, software solutions, and business systems.
