Position: Project Manager – Building Construction

My4Walls Construction is a dynamic and growing construction company delivering high-quality building and infrastructure projects across the region. We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager – Building Construction to lead and manage building projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage the overall execution of building construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation plans, and work programs.
• Manage project procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration.
• Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local construction laws in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions in coordination with consultants.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and claims management.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and support staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in building construction projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts management, and construction methodologies.
• Experience working in the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
